We ship beer across the United Kingdom from our brewery in Bristol. We do not currently ship internationally.

### Shipping rates

- **Orders over 45 pounds**: Free standard delivery.
- **Orders under 45 pounds**: 5.99 pounds flat rate for standard delivery.

### Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order.

We do our best to meet these timeframes, but occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will let you know.

### How we deliver

We use trusted UK delivery partners to get your beer to you safely.

For customers in Bristol, we offer local delivery via Zedify -- a zero-emission bike courier service. If your order qualifies for local delivery, this will be available as an option at checkout.

### Packaging

Beer is a perishable product. We pack all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Where appropriate, we use insulated packaging to protect your beer from temperature extremes. Orders are packed securely to prevent breakage.

### Age verification

All our products contain alcohol. You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our delivery partners may require proof of age on delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the parcel. If age cannot be verified, the delivery may not be completed.

### Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate and put it right. See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged or incorrect orders.

### UK only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
