**When you place an order**, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address -- to fulfil your order and keep you updated on its progress.
- Your payment details -- processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details on our servers. Payment is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

**When you create an account**, we store:
- Your name, email address and order history -- so you can track orders and reorder easily.

**When you sign up for emails**, we collect:
- Your email address and any preferences you provide -- to send you news, offers and new beer releases. Our email marketing is managed through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

**When you browse our site**, we collect:
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited -- through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us understand how people use the site and improve it.

### Cookies

We use cookies to:
- Keep our site functioning properly (essential cookies).
- Remember your preferences and basket contents (functional cookies).

- **Delivery partners** -- we share your name and delivery address with our courier partners to get your beer to you.
- **Payment processors** -- Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) processes your card transactions. Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed through their respective platforms.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Full stop.

### Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

- **Access** the personal data we hold about you.
- **Correct** any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- **Delete** your personal data (subject to legal obligations, such as retaining order records for tax purposes).

- **Account data**: Kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
- **Marketing data**: Kept until you unsubscribe or request removal.
- **Analytics data**: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely.
