The evening will begin with a talk from notable beer writer, Des De Moor, introducing his new book, Cask: the real story of Britain's unique beer culture. The talk will be followed by a tutored tasting led by Justin Hawke from Moor Beer Company, with a selection of his brews, including an interesting comparison of cask and keg.
