Milly’s

Named after a rescue dog, this is our dark Somerset ale, with a smooth mouthfeel and slightly roasty finish.  Some may even use the “m” word…  Pale, Crystal and Wheat malts comprise the bulk of the grist, with a hint of Chocolate and Black malts adding the finishing touches.  Traditional Fuggles and Goldings hops provide depth without being overt, while the English yeast gives a full mouthfeel.
